3 cups millet flour
1 tsp powdered pepper
1 tsp powdered cloves
1 tsp powdered ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup water
Method of preparation
In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients EXCEPT sugar.
Mix well and add water
Mix till you get a smooth dough
Mold into a tennis ball size
Bring some water to a boil.
And add dough
Cover and let it cook for 30-35mins or when the inside is well cooked
Take them out. If you don’t wanna save some for future use, you can skip the next 7 steps
Using a processor or a standing mixer with the paddle or hook attachment, mix well to get a uniform dough
Mold into a tennis ball size again
Dip or coat with powdered millet
You can keep this in the fridge for a week
Now to make the smoothie, take some of balls put in a blender, add sugar and milk and blend till it’s smooth and creamy.
Enjoy with some peanuts.
