Ingredients

Groundnut ( you can use the paste)
Tomatoes
Onion
Pepper
Palm oil
Salt
Fermented fish(momone)
Salted dry tilapia

Method of preparation
Soak fish in water for about an hour or two. (That will take out some of the salt to make it less salty.)
Rinse and add clean water and bring it to a boil, cook for about 5-10mins and set aside
In an asanka, Grind pepper , groundnut and onions together
Char the tomatoes on both sides

Add and grind as well
Char the fermented fish

Add and grind fish into tomato mixture
Add salt to taste
Fry some sliced onions in the palm oil on a moderate heat
Pour it on the abomu and enjoy with some yam or plantain.
